Virginia Beach Police are looking for a man who they say stole a woman’s purse out of her vehicle and attempted to use her bank card.
Police say the crime happened on May 16th in the 100 block of 58th Street.
A rear window was left cracked and the man managed to reach into the vehicle and take the victim’s purse.
The man then attempted to use a bank card at a local bank that day to make withdrawals.
