Hampton, Va. – Hampton police have arrested and charged a man in Monday’s robbery of the CVS in the 2300 block of West Mercury Blvd.
23-year-old Joshua Dylan Porter has been charged with one count of Robbery, one count of Burglary While Armed, two counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and one count of Possession of Marijuana.
Police say Porter entered the CVS at 2:05am and demanded money at gunpoint before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is currently held in the Hampton City Jail.
