Wells Fargo robbed in Virginia Beach

Virginia Beach, Va. - Crews responded to the scene of a robbery at the Wells Fargo located in the 2600 block of Virginia Beach Blvd around 9:51 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Police say a lone suspect entered the bank, approached the teller and demanded money.

The suspect jumped the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money from the tellers before leaving on foot.

No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s to mid-30s, 5'6'' - 5'7'', average build.

He was wearing a black neoprene mask, blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, dark colored work gloves, a khaki ball cap, and black shoes.
