York County, VA – Boaters had to be rescued from their sinking boat Sunday afternoon on the York River.
The rescue happened around 3:30 in the afternoon after three people reported water seeping into the vessel.
By the time a fire boat was sent, they people were already in the water.
According to York County Fire Officials their crews are always ready for days like this.
