Four teens accused of stealing guns from Suffolk shop

Suffolk, Va. – Four teens in Suffolk have been charged after police say they were involved in a burglary at the Southern Gun Works store on Sunday where 11 guns were taken.

Police say someone spotted a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old suspect near Jackson Street with rifles.

When police went to the area, they found several guns they say belonged to the store.

The  teens have been charged with breaking and entering, larceny of firearm by a minor, larceny with intent to sell and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Both teens are now being held at the Tidewater Detention Home in Chesapeake.

Two other 15-year-old boys have also been identified as being involved in the burglary. Charges are currently pending against them.

All of the guns have been recovered police say.
