Portsmouth, Va. - Two people have been taken to the hospital after police say they were shot on Fayette Street in Portsmouth Tuesday night.
Calls came in about the incident just after 8 p.m.
Police say the shooting evolved from an earlier dispute. The two victims were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
