The Downtown Tunnel has reopened after a three-car crash on the Berkley Bridge.
I-664 northbound has also reopened after a crash halted traffic.
Use the James River Bridge or the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel as alternate routes.
Avoid delays with our traffic cameras and interactive traffic map.
