Norfolk Police say a man was arrested for DUI after crashing into a business overnight.
Police say they received a call around 12:05 a.m. reporting an accident with injuries. They arrived to find a vehicle struck the Cape View Mart in the 1800 block of East Ocean View.
The business was closed at the time and no one was inside.
The driver, 34-year-old Matthew Serpa, suffered minor cuts and bruises. He was arrested and charged for driving under the influence.
