Norfolk, Virginia - A man and woman were shot near ODU around 1:30am Sunday.
The incident happened in the 4100 block of 41st Street near Killam Avenue.
While standing outside, the two heard someone screaming to run.
As the man and woman were running, they were both injured by gunshots.
The suspect is described as a black male, thin build, approximately 6'3" and wearing a ball cap, white v-neck t-shirt.
The man and woman are not ODU students.
