Norfolk, Va. - Officers and sailors of Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads took 2,977 steps today to remember the victims of 9/11.
Each step signified a life lost on that day.
It was just one of dozens of ceremonies held around Hampton Roads on Wednesday.
