Virginia Beach, Va. - Kids in the Princess Anne and Green Run neighborhoods are one step closer to getting a little league park!
Ground was broken Thursday on the new Princess Anne Little League Youth Development Park.
The new complex, which is located on Dam Neck Road, is part of a project from the Cal Ripkin Sr. Foundation.
The Princess Anne Little League was chosen in part for their dedication to make sure all children can participate.
The first phase of the park is scheduled to be completed in November.
