Kids at a USO center near Washington D.C. welcomed some special visitors.
First Lady Michelle Obama stopped by the center at Fort Belvoir yesterday.
She helped them make banners and cut out handprints.
Actor Gary Sinise, who played Lieutenant Dan in the movie "Forrest Gump", was also there.
Later, the kids ate cookies made in the shape of the new White House puppy, "Sunny."
And Michelle Obama left to meet with wounded warriors with post-traumatic stress disorder.
