Norfolk, Va. - Two people were hit by a car Sunday afternoon in Norfolk.
Police responded to the scene around 2pm.
It happened on Chesapeake Blvd. and Kittrel St. Both are expected to survive.
Police have not said if the driver of the car that hit them will be charged.
