Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk police need your help to identify a man they say could be connected to a shooting.
The incident happened back in May on Rugby Street.
Police say a man was shot while he was walking down the street. They say the suspect approached the victim and after a short conversation, he shot the man.
Police do not have a motive for the shooting yet.
The victim is still recovering from his injuries.
