Chesapeake Police are looking for a man seen on surveillance video removing the access panel to a crawlspace under a business on Great Bridge Boulevard.
Nothing was taken from under the building, but the same business reported two larcenies prior to the incident.
Previously, copper and an HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) unit were taken.
