Hampton, Va. – Officials tell NewsChannel 3 a bomb threat was made at Kecoughtan High School on Monday morning.
The school was evacuated as a precaution.
Now police say a 17-year-old Kecoughtan High School student has been arrested and charged with threatening to bomb.
