Norfolk, Va. - A man wanted for murder in Norfolk was tracked down and arrested by U.S. Marshals.
They caught up to Lavonta Bland in Williamston, North Carolina.
Lavonta and his brother, Latreal Bland, who was previously arrested, are accused of shooting and killing La'ron Davis early last month.
Lavonta Bland will be extradited back to Norfolk.
