Today we honor retired Master Sergeant Richard E. Duck.
He served in the army for 22 years as a recruiter -- career counselor -- and media specialist.
He received a number of awards, including the National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and the USA Gold Recruiter Badge with two sapphire achievement stars. We thank you for your service.
