Norfolk, Va. – Bacon-lovers from all around gathered at the Norfolk Scope today to benefit Beyond Boobs! and the Princess Anne Hunt Club Foundation’s Agricultural Education and Animal Rescue Funds.
The event started at 11:00 a.m. and featured live musical acts such as The Fighting Jamesons, The Pawn Shop Lifters and Sideshow Saints.
Event goers were also able to sample bacon-themed dishes from some of Hampton Road’s top chefs and restaurants such as: Todd Jurich’s Bistro; New Belmont House of Smoke; Cotton Southern Bistro; YNot Pizza & Italian Cuisine; The Public House; STUFT: Not Your Average Street Food; Smoked Out Fine Meats and Spirits, Bite Restaurant and Catering; Surf Club Ocean Grille and Twisted Sisters Cupcakes.
Wine was provided by Three Olives Vodka; The Kraken Black Spiced Rum; Maestro Dobel Tequila; and Boodles British Gin.
Additional sponsors for the Bacon Festival were Seven Venues, The Bath Fitter, Yelp, Bad Pickle Tees and the Pampered Chef.
