UPDATE: Man arrested for string of Hampton robberies

UPDATE: Hampton police have arrested 35-year-old Kassim Lewis Davis in connection to four robberies. Davis was arrested on October 10 without incident. He is charged with four counts of Robbery, four counts of Burglary While Armed, four counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and four counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. He is currently in the custody of the Hampton Sheriff’s Office.

Police in Hampton are looking for a man wanted for five robberies from a business.

The robberies took place throughout the city since October 2, police say.

In each robbery, the suspect entered the business implying he had a handgun and demanded money. After obtaining the money, he would run away from the business.

No one was injured during any of these incidents.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’6”-5’7”, 170-190 pounds, late twenties to early thirties, with a close cut hair cut. Police say in several of the robberies, the suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored zip-up jacket.
