Norfolk, Va. – A man was hit by a car while crossing the street Wednesday morning, according to Norfolk police dispatch.
It happened on West Princess Anne Road.
The victim was transported to the hospital.
The driver of the vehicle is shaken up, dispatch says, but no arrests have been made.
