Alleghany Co., Va. – A Covington man has been indicted on several charges after investigators say he put cameras in at least two bathrooms. That’s according to a report from WDBJ7.com.
According to court records, Jarett Edward Mullins faces three felony charges for filming child pornography and 16 misdemeanor charges for filming adults.
Alleghany County Commonwealth’s Attorney Ed Stein tells WDBJ7 the investigation started in September of last year and went into the beginning of this year.
