Norfolk, Va. – A two-vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer has been reported on Hampton Boulevard.
According to Norfolk police dispatch, the call came in at 7:16 a.m. Monday morning. The crash happened at 43rd Street and Hampton Boulevard.
The northbound lane is blocked due to the crash.
