Chesapeake Police say a bomb threat called into Crestwood Intermediate School forced students and faculty to evacuate on Wednesday morning.
The school, which is located at 1240 Great Bridge Boulevard, was evacuated just before 9:30 am.
Personnel from The Chesapeake Fire and Police Departments swept the building looking for any suspicious devices, and none were found.
The school was reoccupied at approximately 10:45 am. The Chesapeake Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the threat.
