UPDATE: Officials tell NewsChannel 3 that no weapons were involved in this incident.

The suspect Terrence Donyea Lee has been arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault .
Norfolk, Va. - Norfolk Police responded to a call around 4PM in regards to a fight that occurred at the McDonald's on the 9600 block of Duffy's Lane.
One of the individuals was found to be suffering from what they believe to be life-threatening injuries. The cause of those injuries are being investigated at this time.
The second individual was taken into custody and is currently being detained by officers on the scene. No word yet on whether the individual being detained is facing any charges.
