Newport News Police are currently on scene at a school bus accident involving a bus at 49th Street and Huntington Avenue.
The call came in at 3:30 p.m.
Police say bus # 398, coming from Crittenden Middle School, was making a left turn from Huntington Avenue onto 49th Street when it struck a Ford Expedition.
There were 23 students on board the bus.
No injuries were reported.
Charges are pending.
