Norfolk, Va. – A man was killed after he was struck by a vehicle in the 800 block of East Little Creek Road Tuesday night.
The accident happened around 5pm. Police say the man was struck after he stepped into the road.
Medics transported the man to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Police say the driver remained at the scene and they continue to investigate the accident. No charges have been filed so far.
