Portsmouth, Va. - For the second time in a week Augustine Wilkins says she answered her door to a stranger on her front porch exposing himself and masturbating.

"So nasty,” Wilkins says. “It was so disgusting so I slammed my door."

Augustine lives alone on Elm Street in Portsmouth. Tuesday night she was watching TV when she heard a knock.

She asked who it was.

"He said 'Grandma, this is your grandson,'" Wilkins says.

But it was not her grandson.

"I feel like he knew that I’d be here by myself, you know he knew that," she says.

A week ago at almost exactly the same time, Augustine heard the same knock with the same man standing on her porch, touching himself.

Augustine is not alone. The night before, on Monday, a woman a few streets over on Atlanta Avenue reported a similar indecent exposure. However, police aren't sure if it's the same man.

Augustine called 911, but she's worried there could be a third time.

"It’s been kind of eerie, you know that he might come back again,” she says. “I just feel like he should be stopped."

Portsmouth Police don't have a good description of the flasher. They need you to take action against crime and call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP if you have any information.
