An accident involving a school bus tied up traffic on the ramp from Ft. Eustis Blvd. to I-64 West this morning
The scene has been cleared, but the backup still extends nearly three miles. Take Warwick or Jefferson as your alternate routes.
State police say no students were on the bus at the time.
No injuries have been reported.
