Update: Police have identified the victim as 28-year-old Marcus Blount of Virginia Beach.
Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk police are currently investigating a man’s body found in an alleyway as a homicide.
The initial call came in around 7:15 a.m. Sunday after the body was found in the 6400 block of Stoney Point South Drive.
Police have identified the victim as Marcus Blount, 28, of Virginia Beach.
