Norfolk, Va. – A school bus accident has been reported at 14th Street and Ocean View Avenue in Norfolk, police tell NewsChannel 3.
The call came in at 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Two students were on board at the time of the incident. No injuries have been reported.
