Virginia Beach, Va. - Wednesday morning, Crystal McBride admitted she had sexual contact with several teen boys.
She kept her head down as she walked back into the Virginia Beach court house not long after entering that guilty plea.
According to court documents laying out the stipulation of evidence in the case, McBride engaged in sexual acts with 13 and 14 year old boys after giving them alcohol.
Those documents say it happened on two separate occasions in a backyard hot tub at her Waverly drive home.
McBride held back tears and even hesitated once as she answered questions asked by the judge Wednesday.
But, in the end, the judge accepted her guilty plea and ordered a psychosexual evaluation and long-form presentence report.
If the judge accepts a plea agreement made with the Commonwealth – court documents say – McBride will serve no more than two years behind bars in exchange for pleading guilty.
Court documents detailing the plea agreement state, additional jail time will be determined by the court and suspended under the following conditions: probation for an indeterminate period, no contact with the victims, no unsupervised contact with minors and registering as a sex offender.
According to a commitment order, McBride has charges pending in nine other custodial sex crimes.
