UPDATE: Train derailment near Princess Anne Road and Ballentine Blvd. in Norfolk

Update: Normal traffic flow has resumed on Ingleside Road and E. Princess Anne Road police say. 

Norfolk, Va. - Crews are on scene of a train derailment in Norfolk, according to Julian Williamson of Norfolk Fire Rescue.

It happened around 2:30 p.m.

The train is owned by Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad Company.

Units are on scene at E. Princess Anne Road and Ingleside Road.

The train is partially off the track officials say.

Traffic is stopped in the area of E. Princess Anne and Ingleside Road.

The train was transporting cement material, according to Norfolk HAZMAT crews and Norfolk Southern.

The train is now upright.

No injuries have been reported.
