Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk police are investigating after a man was found unconscious on the beach in the 1000 block of East Ocean View Avenue and later died at a hospital.
Police received the initial call around 3:00pm.
Medics transported the man to DePaul Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
