I-664 NB reopens at Portsmouth Blvd. after crash

A crash on I-664 northbound at Portsmouth Boulevard closed the northbound lanes for over an hour after a crash around 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
The lanes reopened just after 10:00 a.m.
Motorists should expect delays for the time being.
