A 24-year-old Petersburg man turned himself to the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office on November 18th for the murder of a teen that took place on September 8th.
Garrick Lewis has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, discharging a firearm in an occupied building and reckless handling of a firearm.
The fatal shooting took place in the 26000 block of Jefferson Road in the Jarratt community of Sussex County.
Tyler Givens, 15, was shot at the residence and died at the scene.
