A fisherman from Williamsburg has been reported missing after he did not return from a fishing trip Monday night.
He was was reported missing by his family when they did not hear from him on Tuesday morning.
Virginia Marine Police are searching for the man by boat and the Coast Guard is searching by helicopter.
Marine Police found the man’s small Jon boat in the York River around 9:30 a.m.
There were fish on the boat, but the man was not found.
