Kitty Hawk, N.C. – A Kitty Hawk man was arrested after investigators with the Dare County Narcotics Task Force found marijuana and mushrooms, firearms, cash and drug paraphernalia in his home during a search on December 3rd.
24-year-old Donald Sylvester Funneman III was charged Possession with the Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Marijuana. The search was part of an investigation by the task force following the discovery of a Marijuana grow operation at another Kitty Hawk home in November.
The Dare County Narcotics Task Force consists of officers from the Dare County Sheriff’s Office, The Nags Head Police Department, The Kill Devil Hills Police Department, The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division.
Funneman was released on $4,000 Bond.
