Today we honor Staff Sergeant Chris Foster.
He joined the US Marine Corps in April 2007.
After finishing basic training, he was stationed at Cherry Point, North Carolina.
He served 6 months in Iraq, then in June of 2011, he began his service at Paris Island, South Carolina as a drill instructor. His proud father says he loves his country and his job as a drill instructor and plans to retire from the Marine Corps after serving 20 plus years.
