UPDATE: Suffolk Police report that all lanes are now open.
Suffolk, Virginia - One person was transported to the hospital by Nightingale after a three car accident in Suffolk Saturday afternoon.
A city spokesman says the accident happened around 3:45pm at the intersection of Sleepy Hole Road and Bennetts Pasture Road.
Two other people sustained minor injuries.
The intersection of Sleepy Hole Road, Bennetts Pasture Road and Driver Lane is expected to be closed until 6:30pm.
