Today we honor retired Master Sergeant Richard E. Duck.
He served in the army for 22 years as a recruiter, career counselor, and media specialist.
He received a number of awards, including the national defense service medal, army commendation medal and USA gold recruiter badge with two sapphire achievement stars.
We thank him for your service.
