Newport News, Va. – An 18-year-old Newport News man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Police have charged Joshua Matthew Kinlaw with one count of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13.
The alleged incident took place December 30th, and police arrested Kinlaw after the victim, contacted police.
Kinlaw and the victim knew each other, police say.
