The City of Portsmouth has announced that Deep Creek Boulevard from Kelly Drive to Hanbury Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Monday, January 13th to Monday, January 20th.
Detours will be in place.
The road closure will be in effect while the Department of Public Utilities conducts a sewer manhole and main lateral replacement project.
