Virginia Beach, Va. - State Police are investigating after they say a man was shot on I-264 West near Witchduck Road.
The right two lanes of I-264 West at Witchduck were temporarily closed Friday morning for the investigation. It happened near Town Center between Rosemont and Witchduck.
The shooting victim has been identified as a man, and police say he is the driver of the vehicle.
The victim was transported to Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.
