The fugitive former owner of Guadalajara restaurant has been arrested in Florida on outstanding warrants.

36-year-old Genaro “Jerry” Macias Rodriguez was taken into custody by Apopka police Wednesday afternoon, according to online court documents.

He is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail. Charges on the warrant include failure to appear on a third drunken-driving charge and contempt of court.

Three magistrate summons are on file in Virginia Beach for Rodriguez for failing to pay meal taxes.

Rodriguez originally owned several Guadalajara restaurants, but closed the one in Town Center after a shooting in late June.
