Update: Police say Jessica Ferdinand has been found safe. They say members of the search and rescue team found her hiding near an area where she was last seen.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Police need your help to find a missing 19-year-old woman.
They are looking for Jessica Ferdinand who was last seen on Friday at 3 p.m. around Runaway Bay in the Bonney Road area.
They say she has a diminished mental capacity and was last seen wearing only a brown hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans and a pink headband.
She is described as 5’7 and about 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
