Norfolk, Va. – A Norfolk man was sentenced to 16 years behind bars for receiving child porn according to officials.
James L. Belsha, 41, was also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release.
He initially pleaded guilty on August 21st, 2013.
Court documents say investigators discovered he was sharing child porn on the Internet by using a peer-to-peer file sharing program.
They say Belsha had 650 child porn videos. He was previously convicted in 1992 for crimes against nature in Virginia Beach that involved a 14-year-old when Belsha was a Boy Scout Leader.
