Norfolk, Va. – Crews responded to a house fire in the 200 block of Ethel Avenue in Norfolk, according to police dispatch.
The call came in at 5:27 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2014.
Units arrived on scene at 5:31 a.m. Smoke and flames were seen coming from the second floor, according to a witness.
No injuries have been reported.
One woman has been displaced and is receiving assistance from the Red Cross.
