It’s that time of year again – the Pre-Polar Plunge at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront!
Blaine Stewart spent Wednesday morning between 6th Street and 7th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, where folks were lined up and ready to take the pre-plunge into the Atlantic Ocean to benefit Special Olympics.
