Portsmouth, Va. – A gas line break has been reported in the 600 block of Dinwiddie Street in Portsmouth, according to police dispatch.
Washington Street is blocked at Court Street.
South Street is blocked at Dinwiddie Street.
Queen Street is blocked at Court Street.
